My son is still on diapers.  Since I started using Bummas cloths on my son, I noticed the diffrence; It has prevented him from getting an irriatating diaper rash.  He has sentitive skin.  It's soft on my sons bottom and keeps him clean and rash free.  I feel ecstatic about bummas cloths.  I don't have to worry about putting powers or ointments because bummas works.  I will continue to use Bummas on my sons bottom and as a bath wash cloth.
